Lamlash had a new Clubhouse extension built in 1998. The new clubhouse consists of the previously standing Lounge Bar, with balcony over looking the 1st Tee and 18th Green, Conference Room, and a large Restaraunt facility. The lower level comprises of 3 new locker rooms that have showering and changing facilities. Also situated on the lower level by the 1st Tee is a well equiped starters shop where merchandise such as club Polo shirts can be purchased. Electric buggy hire and club rental is also available.
